This top floor apartment has two balconies, with views of the Kitzbuehler Horn to the front and of the piste to the rear of the house, and is the ideal ski-in and ski-out location in winter, and the perfect base for walking and mountain biking in the summer.

The open plan kitchen and dining area are ideal for sociable meal times. Seating 6 people comfortably, we offer plenty of kitchen ware, crockery and utensils to enable you to cater for yourselves with ease.

A traditional wood burning oven separates the dining area from the lounge, where a large corner sofa and coffee table provide cosy surroundings for winter evenings or rainy days. From here you can access the balcony to the front, which receives the morning sun.

All 3 bedrooms have hanging wardrobe and drawer space, bedside cabinets and are tastefully decorated with wooden floors, rugs and mirrors. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are twin/double rooms (2 single beds together or apart), whilst bedroom 3 has bunk beds. Bedroom 2 accesses the balcony to the rear of the property, overlooking the piste, and receives the afternoon sun. All rooms have wonderful mountain views! A travel cot is available.
